Beckley Imports Inc – Products and Services Limited Warranty Policy

Beckley Automotive Services states that, unless otherwise excluded, repairs, including parts and labor, are covered by a warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles. The warranty period commences on the day the product is delivered to you, the original consumer purchaser.

Under this warranty Beckley Automotive will, at its option, repair or replace free of charge any product which under normal conditions of use and service proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser, i.e. is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Also excluded from this warranty are used parts and parts which are subject to normal wear and tear, e.g. light bulbs, fluids, filters, fuses and wiper blade inserts.

To the extent allowed by law, this warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the products covered by it, whether for negligence or otherwise. Beckley Automotive Services, nor its affiliated companies will be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as telephone calls, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, etc.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD THAT THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE.

No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by an officer of Beckley Automotive Services. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
